EU Withdrawal Request

Use this form to exercise your right of withdrawal for the order or product identified below. Once this form is successfully submitted, no second withdrawal declaration is required in your Glowinex account.

Submitting your withdrawal does not itself issue a refund or complete a physical return. Glowinex will provide the next return instructions where a return of goods is required.

Use the same email address that was used for the order.

Enter the order number exactly as shown in your Glowinex order confirmation. Guest submissions remain available and are reviewed against the order record during processing.
