2. APPLICABLE LAW AND CONSUMER RIGHTS
Glowinex is established in Hungary and the operation of the store is governed by applicable Hungarian law and European Union law.
For consumers, the choice of Hungarian law does not remove any mandatory consumer protection available under the law of the country in which the consumer habitually resides where that protection applies.
Customers outside the EU or EEA retain any mandatory consumer rights provided by the laws applicable to them.

Glowinex makes reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, prices, availability, compatibility information, delivery information and store policies accurate and up to date.
Products may have different versions, plug types, voltage requirements, technical specifications or regional compatibility.
Customers should review the applicable product page and selected product variant before ordering.
Reasonable differences caused by displays, photography, manufacturing variations or product revisions do not affect any rights that apply where a product is defective, unsafe, materially different from its description or otherwise non-conforming.

Where applicable, privacy choices relating to advertising, sharing or targeted advertising through the Glowinex store may also be available through our Your Privacy Choices page.
Glowinex may also use payment providers, suppliers, fulfillment providers, warehouses, carriers, customer-support services, review and feedback providers such as Judge.me, and other technology providers where reasonably necessary to operate the store.
