Sync Signal uses HDMI-based screen synchronisation to extend on-screen colour into the wall behind your display. Movies, games and connected video sources feel more immersive when the backlight follows the visual changes instead of sitting on one static colour.

Understand what the HDMI controller can see. Sync Signal follows video passing from a compatible external HDMI device through its synchroniser. Built-in smart-TV apps normally do not pass their picture through that connection, so they cannot be assumed to trigger screen-based sync.

Match the kit to the screen and power connection. Select 24, 27, 32, 34, 40–50, 55–65 or 75–85 in, together with an EU or US plug. The listed kits use the Button controller configuration, not a confirmed Wi-Fi model. Check HDMI format support for your particular device before relying on any specific resolution, refresh rate or HDR mode.

How is the listed Sync Signal kit controlled?

The currently listed variants are the Button-control kits. A Wi-Fi app, voice-assistant or Matter function has not been verified for these specific variants.

Do I need an app to use the Button variant?

The selected Button kit is designed around its local controller and HDMI synchroniser. Wi-Fi app control is not a confirmed feature of these variants.

Will Sync Signal follow my TV's built-in Netflix or YouTube app?

Not through HDMI sync alone. The picture from a built-in TV app does not normally travel out through the external HDMI synchroniser. Use an appropriate external HDMI source routed through the unit.

Does the kit support 4K at 120 Hz, HDR or a specific HDMI standard?
