TERMS OF SERVICE
These Terms of Service apply to the use of Glowinex.com and to purchases made through the Glowinex online store.
Glowinex is the trading name of a Hungarian sole proprietor. The registered legal identity, business address and contact details of the seller are available in the Glowinex Legal Notice, linked in Section 8 of these Terms.
The sole proprietor trading as Glowinex is the seller of products purchased through this store. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform but is not the seller of Glowinex products.
1. USE OF THE STORE
You may use the Glowinex store only for lawful purposes.
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, use customer accounts fraudulently or use Glowinex content or systems in a way that infringes the rights of Glowinex or others.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the store, customers, our systems or legal rights.
2. ORDERS, PRICES AND PAYMENT
Product prices and applicable charges are displayed before you complete checkout.
Available payment methods may vary depending on your location and are shown at checkout. Payments may be processed by Shopify and other authorized payment providers.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation.
Glowinex may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary and permitted by law, including in cases of payment failure, suspected fraud, obvious pricing or product-information errors, legal restrictions or unavailable stock. If payment has already been collected for an order that is cancelled by Glowinex, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Promotions and discounts are subject to the conditions shown with the relevant offer and may not always be combined.
3. PRODUCTS
Glowinex makes reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, images, prices, specifications and availability accurate.
Products may have different sizes, plug types, voltage requirements, technical specifications, connectivity features or regional compatibility. Please review the selected product and variant before ordering.
Minor differences caused by displays, photography or normal manufacturing variation may occur.
This does not affect your rights where a product is defective, unsafe, materially different from its description or otherwise non-conforming.
4. SHIPPING, CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
Processing, delivery estimates, tracking, separate shipments, customs and delivery issues are explained in our Shipping Policy.
Returns, refunds, damaged or defective products, our 30-Day Glowinex Return Promise, product protection and applicable warranty information are explained in our Refund, Returns & Product Protection Policy.
EU and EEA consumers may also exercise applicable statutory withdrawal rights through our Withdrawal from the Contract function.
Mandatory legal guarantees and consumer rights remain unaffected by our voluntary return or warranty programs.
These policies form part of the terms governing purchases from Glowinex.
5. SHOPIFY, PRIVACY AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Glowinex online store is powered by Shopify.
We may also use payment providers, fulfillment partners, warehouses, carriers and other service providers where reasonably necessary to operate the store and fulfil orders.
Their involvement does not replace Glowinex as the seller.
The processing of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
The store may contain links to independent third-party services. Those services may be governed by their own terms and policies.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Glowinex name, branding, logos, website design, original text, graphics, photographs and other protected content are owned by or licensed to Glowinex.
They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or commercially exploited without permission except where permitted by law.
7. LIABILITY
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Glowinex is not responsible for failures or delays caused solely by circumstances outside our reasonable control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Nothing in this section reduces your rights relating to defective, unsafe, incorrect or non-conforming products or other mandatory consumer protections.
8. GOVERNING LAW, CHANGES AND CONTACT
These Terms are governed by applicable Hungarian law and European Union law.
If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections available under the law of the country in which you habitually reside where those protections apply.
We may update these Terms when our services, store operations or legal requirements change. Updates apply from the date the revised Terms are published and do not retroactively remove rights already acquired under applicable law.
